Shashi Bhatter left us peacefully on Friday, August 18, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Mamta, a daughter, son-in-law, and a son. Shashi joined as a Board of Trustee of Caring Hand for Children in 2005.

Shashi was deeply passionate about the cause of education for the underprivileged and dedicated his last few years entirely to this purpose. Despite battling chronic medical illness, he displayed remarkable determination and refused to let his condition deter him. He continued his work as a Caring Hand board member with unwavering zeal, setting an example for us all.
